Kanma Ekpe

Kanma Ekpe is a seasoned financial services executive with a decade of experience driving growth and innovation in the Nigerian market.

Kanma began his shared value journey in 2021 when as Business Transformation Lead, he articulated and implemented a Stakeholder Engagement plan to ensure proactive and rolling engagement with all business stakeholders. Then in 2022, as Head of Reputation, he led the Allianz Social Impact Fund (ASIF) implementation in Nigeria – a 27,000-EURO project to equip 1000 differently-abled youth with digital skills for employability and entrepreneurship over a 24 month period in 4 cohorts.

Kanma is passionate about the intersection of business and social impact. In addition to his sales leadership responsibilities, he is currently the Executive Director of Shared Value Nigeria, where he is spearheading initiatives to promote sustainable and inclusive growth.

His expertise in business transformation, marketing, and communications, coupled with his deep-rooted belief in the power of shared value, make him a compelling voice in the ESG and sustainability landscape. Kanma is eager to share insights and collaborate with industry leaders at the Shared Value and ESG Summit in Africa.
