Jon is dean and director of Henley Business school in Africa, part of Henley Business School global and of the University of Reading, UK . He is an experienced business leader, has been a tenured academic, and is an expert in learning design who with his team has organically built the highly respected and only quadruple-internationally-accredited business school in Africa, Henley Africa, without any subsidies, loans or external financial support.
Dean and director Jonathan Foster-Pedley has worked in four continents and has over forty years of international working experience. He is a former airline pilot and was a senior executive and marketing director in the European aerospace industry. He has been an academic or leader in business schools, specialising in strategy and learning, for thirty years.
He has guided and facilitated international and local multicultural sales, marketing and management teams. He is also a consultant, coach, and a writer and speaker. He speaks about the need to fight corruption and campaigns for #CorporateActivism. He is chair of the Association of African Business Schools, the vice-chair and former chair of the British Chamber of Business for Southern Africa, former vice-chair for the South Africa Business Schools Association, a board member of the Association of Management Development Organisation in Rising Economies. He is currently a distinguished professor at Woxsen University in Hyderabad, India
